15-Day Return Policy – No Questions Asked

At ScentiFeel, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return policy in Pakistan. Every order includes a 50ml perfume bottle.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund — no questions asked, as long as it meets our return conditions.

Return Conditions

  • This policy applies only to ScentiFeel perfume products.
  • The 50ml bottle must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return must include:
    • 50ml perfume bottle
    • Original packaging box
  • Any damage or missing items may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Return Process

      • Customers must return the parcel via a traceable courier service at their own expense.
      • Please include:
        • A copy of the invoice
        • A short note mentioning the reason for return

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item

How to Return an Item

  1. Prepare your parcel with all original items and packaging
  2. Include invoice copy and reason for return
  3. Send via courier to our address
  4. Once received, your refund will be processed within 7 working days
