1. Delivery Area
- We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
- Orders outside Pakistan are not accepted at this time.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24β48 hours after confirmation.
- Prepaid orders are processed after payment verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed once the order is confirmed.
3. Shipping Method
- We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your perfume.
- All parcels are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Any delivery charges paid are non-refundable, even in case of return.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery usually takes 3β7 business days depending on your city.
- While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier service issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information.
- ScentiFeel is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment during transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but full replacement or refund is subject to verification.
