1. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
  • Orders outside Pakistan are not accepted at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Prepaid orders are processed after payment verification.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed once the order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Method

  • We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your perfume.
  • All parcels are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Any delivery charges paid are non-refundable, even in case of return.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your city.
  • While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier service issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information.
  • ScentiFeel is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment during transit, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but full replacement or refund is subject to verification.
